Services for Faculty: Placing Materials on Reserve

The UHV Library supports Reserve Collections in both print and electronic formats. Items can be placed on reserve in print at any teaching location.

All requests for streaming or for items not owned by the library will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for compliance with copyright and for costs. 

All reserve policies are in accordance with fair use provisions of Section 107 of the Copyright Law of the United States.
