Study Room Bookings

We have made some changes to booking a study room.

You must have a group of 3 or more to book one of the larger capacity rooms--2104, 2109A, 3104, 3105 and 3106. Students studying by themselves may use any other room as long as it is not needed by a group or there are many study areas in the library you can use.

Room 2110 will need a group of 6 or more for reservations. You may choose to sit in the rooms if they are not occupied, but you will be moved if a group comes in.

After Thanksgiving, all rooms will be first come, first serve with no advance booking available. The same group rules will apply.

And as always, student have priority over non-affiliated users. Members of the public may not reserve ahead of time and will be canceled if students need the space.

We hope this makes study room use more efficient for everyone and gives group study the space it needs.

You may book a study room here: https://libcal.uhv.edu/spaces  You will notice a new look on the reservation page. This change should make it easier to find an appropriate room when you need it.
